Really good Stay, Perfection!

The doorman assisted immediately with luggage. I appreciated the smooth check-in process. The room had comfy beds with spare pillows. an extra blanket! Welcome drinks were stocked in the wardrobe fridge, and complimentary water was replenished daily. Housekeeping made up the room each day. I just hung the sign outside.
The garage entrance presents a challenge. Low cars may experience damage upon entry and exit. I did see it. They put 0 effort into making the angle acceptable to enter.

The room featured a rainfall shower and a deep bath. I really enjoyed it. There was also a safe in the wardrobe, ensuring security for valuables. It was great to have it.

The hotel has a lounge and a restaurant, giving a place to have chilled drinks at the end of the day. There is also a lovely terrace to enjoy the weather. I really enjoyed the terrace.

the hotel staff were very helpful. the concierge aided us with our luggage to our room. check-in was quick. a complimentary glass of champagne was offered on arrival.
the thermostat didn't go lower than 22 degrees celsius, so i had to leave the window open.

mixed experience. some issues noticed

The staff were helpful. This was acceptable.
The room thermostat was not working. it remained at 22 degrees celsius, forcing us to leave the window open in january, not ideal. furthermore, the bed provided minimal comfort. It seemed like a thin mattress placed over a hard surface.
