excellent stay

central location equipped room
the location was great (very central). the room was comfortable and well equipped.
the elevator service seemed a bit slow during peak hours.

perfect stay near the city center

nespresso machine bathroom pegs
the hotel room included a nespresso machine, it was quite useful. i found many places to hang things in the bathroom, it helped to keep it tidy.

Underwhelming Stay

street noise inadequate thermostat
The hotel is centrally located, so getting around was easy.
The room was too warm, and I couldn't adjust the thermostat. I had to keep the window open all night. The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep well. It was as if the windows offered no soundproofing at all.

Really good Stay, Perfection!

The doorman assisted immediately with luggage. I appreciated the smooth check-in process. The room had comfy beds with spare pillows. an extra blanket! Welcome drinks were stocked in the wardrobe fridge, and complimentary water was replenished daily. Housekeeping made up the room each day. I just hung the sign outside.
The garage entrance presents a challenge. Low cars may experience damage upon entry and exit. I did see it. They put 0 effort into making the angle acceptable to enter.

The room featured a rainfall shower and a deep bath. I really enjoyed it. There was also a safe in the wardrobe, ensuring security for valuables. It was great to have it.

The hotel has a lounge and a restaurant, giving a place to have chilled drinks at the end of the day. There is also a lovely terrace to enjoy the weather. I really enjoyed the terrace.

the hotel staff were very helpful. the concierge aided us with our luggage to our room. check-in was quick. a complimentary glass of champagne was offered on arrival.
the thermostat didn't go lower than 22 degrees celsius, so i had to leave the window open.
